Application

1. Brush your teeth 2 times a day, preferably after breakfast and before bed.
2. Place the brush at a 45° angle to the gums and use gentle circular or vertical movements.
3. Pay attention to the interdental spaces and areas near the gum line.
4. Replace the brush every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles have lost their shape.
5. Suitable for healthy gums - medium hardness provides deeper mechanical cleaning while maintaining comfort.
