On March 12–13, 2026, a scientific and practical conference was held in Kyiv
"Modern technologies and research in cardiology", dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the National Scientific Center named after Academician M.D. Strazhesko of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine.
90 years ago, an idea was laid that determined the development of Ukrainian cardiology for decades to come.
Today, this idea lives in the knowledge, decisions and clinical practice of doctors.
Ideas have no expiration date.
They continue to live in the people who develop them.
Continuing the traditions of the great academician Mykola Strazhesko, leading scientists and clinicians of Ukraine united to discuss modern technologies and research in cardiology, to share practical experience and vision of the future of the industry.
VEGA / Microlife Ukraine joined the event as a partner, presenting modern solutions for blood pressure diagnostics, in particular technologies for early detection of atrial fibrillation (AFIB).
As part of the conference, our doctor gave a report on modern approaches to blood pressure control and the importance of accurate home monitoring for the prevention of cardiovascular complications.
Participation in such events is not only an opportunity to present innovative products, but also an important step in the development of the professional community, support of evidence-based medicine and improvement of the quality of life of patients.
